The “Axis” of Evil 10 ROUNDS Power Clean – 165 # 8 Cal Row (round to 100Cal final Rd.) 10 Sit-ups So this was a @axiscrossfit workout that I modified to make it longer and incorporate some abs. Took me 18:50 but focused on form and not redlining.
