
If you read this I’m probably still on the floor @crossfitforest.rsm After a bunch of static holds, 1 legged squats (not quite pistols), 1 armed planks and hand-stand scap pushups we did this… 5 rounds for time of: 15 Calorie Row 10 Burpees 15 Calorie Assault Bike RX and Competition: 15/10 Calories Should have been done with 1 partner working and the other resting but I did it solo and rested for the time it took me to finish my last round.

Stronger together. The only thing that people who don’t CrossFit don’t understand about why all of us do CrossFit is the communities we build within our boxes. No race, no bullshit, no drama. There to work and push each other to work harder. It’s different from anything else I’ve been a part of. The open brings all the thugs to the yard. This year our box had a team intramural event putting various crews within our two boxes against eachother all headed by their respective coaches.
