A dark tunnel of pain and work. The 2017 CrossFit® Open started with a workout that leaves the rest of us to wonder what the hell Dave Castro is going to come up with next. An ascending ladder of dumb bell snatches intermixed with burpee box jump overs, it was a test of will for sure.
Having found a new home box in CrossFit Forest, I’m once again the box photographer and having new and old faces and stories to capture has been great.
