Ideal for muscle endurance and generally challenging your limits periodically. The first shirt for Large LA, this shirt is printed on a super soft ring-spun 50/50 poly cotton using a unique print technique that bleaches the pigment into the shirt leaving the shirt super soft after your first wash (initial washing is always recommended). THE BEAR COMPLEX Power clean Front squat Push press Back squat Second push press Completion of all five lifts counts as one rep. Five sets of seven reps. Rest for as long as you want between sets but remember, you cannot drop the bar during each rep.
