If you read this I’m probably still on the floor @crossfitforest.rsm After a bunch of static holds, 1 legged squats (not quite pistols), 1 armed planks and hand-stand scap pushups we did this... 5 rounds for time of: 15 Calorie Row 10 Burpees 15 Calorie Assault Bike RX and Competition: 15/10 Calories Should have been done with 1 partner working and the other resting but I did it solo and rested for the time it took me to finish my last round.
