I don't always work out with @mrmannyflow3rs but when I do it's something Latin. Btw, Manny's warmup is a workout in itself: 5 ROUNDS 250M Row 5 Burpees Then... Macho Lady AMRAP 15 3 Power Cleans 3 Front Squats 3 Shoulder to Overhead Should be heavy enough to just get 15 rounds they say. All I know is that it was heavy enough. @theforgecf @511tactical
